Tools resource menu without declared resource

Description

Buffer dialog box crash if one follow the following step :

  • open the Cheddar XML project provided (testbugbuffer.xml) and
  • click on "Tools-> Resource -> Looking for priority inversion from simulation" => Cheddar crash

Note: there is no problem with other menus in "Tools-> Resource"
