Response time from simulation with precedences

Response time from simulation are computed as if no precedences are defined ... but the GANNT is correctly drawn!

This response time from simulation with precedence does not work when the set of tasks is distributed on SEVERAL processors !! ... which is the case of test_jitter?.xml

(may be a bug in scheduling_sequences.ads)

in fact, response time from simulation did not work in several
different contextes (e.g. user definded scheduler or ARINC 653 ..)

this procedure must be rewritten !
