crash due to priority computation service

Description

When the compute priority according to DM or RM is called (through commandline cheddarKernel), cheddar crashes with the following message :

This is an internal Cheddar bug ... sorry!
Exception name : EMPTY_SET
Exception message : sets.adb:163 instantiated at task_set.ads:60
